I've always been a curious person.

From a young age, I was constantly asking questions, trying to understand people, emotions, and the why behind everything. As I got older, that curiosity only deepened.

“Access to information doesn't always mean access to understanding.”

I saw how many people were searching and learning without clear, grounded guidance — not lacking effort, but lacking clarity. That's why I created Brain Snack, built for knowledge nomads.

As a mental health professional, I've watched people move from confusion to clarity simply by understanding what's happening within them and why.
